We are City Year. We are challenging the educational status quo in the Bay Area to ensure that local students have an excellent education and skills to pursue and succeed in diverse careers. When students thrive, we all benefit.
From exploring Bay Area’s cityscapes and natural beauty to enjoying vibrant food scenes, see all that San José and East Palo Alto has to offer.
There are 35 highly-skilled AmeriCorps members working with over 1,200 students throughout Eastside San José and East Palo Alto.
We partner with educators while supporting our students so that they can fully take advantage of their drive and skillsets.
