18 Minute Networking: Building Connections for Future Success

City Year AmeriCorps Members recently had the opportunity to participate in an engaging 18-Minute Networking event hosted by our valued partners at Deloitte. This fast-paced, structured networking experience allowed ACMs to connect directly with professionals, practice introducing themselves, and gain confidence in sharing their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.

Events like this are critical to the growth and development of our AmeriCorps Members. By engaging with industry professionals, ACMs build essential networking skills, expand their professional connections, and gain insight into potential career pathways. These experiences help prepare them for long-term success beyond their service year, strengthening their ability to transition into the workforce with confidence and professionalism.

We are grateful to Deloitte for investing their time and expertise to support the professional development of our members and for helping to open doors to future opportunities.
